No. Co-hosting is about managing other people's properties — you don't need to own or invest in real estate. The course teaches you how to find owners who will pay you to manage their listings.
The group class covers the full curriculum in a shared, live setting at 8,990 THB per person. One-on-one coaching (25,000 THB per person) gives you private, personalized sessions where we work directly on your listings and help you land your first owner deal.
