Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, two private bathrooms, the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. In the heart of Sukhumvit, Soi Ekkamai 21 is just steps from Ekkamai BTS, the Eastern Bus Terminal, and the Bangkok Planetarium. The neighborhood combines modern condominiums, cozy townhouses, and a vibrant expat community.
It’s a foodie paradise, from street eats to upscale fusion, rooftop bars, and artisanal cafés. Nearby malls like Gateway Ekkamai, Park Lane, and Market Place offer Japanese markets, kids’ play zones, supermarkets, and cinemas.
There are many easy to access ways of getting around. Here are the most popular ones:

3rd Floor, Stairs Only: The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has no elevator. Heavy bags are a workout — message us and we will help with luggage; the gate guards have carried bags up for arriving families before. Best for guests comfortable with stairs.
BTS by Ride, Not on Foot: The nearest BTS is about a 30-minute walk. Nearly all guests use Grab or motorbike taxis instead.
Hot Water: The shower in the bathroom beside the bedroom can fluctuate in temperature and pressure — message us if it plays up.
Pillows: Pillows run thick and firm.
Balcony at Dusk: Mosquitoes can visit the balcony around sunset, especially in rainy months.
Residential Compound: A four-unit residential building with neighbors. Quiet hours 22:00–07:00, no parties or events, shoes off indoors.
Smoking: No smoking indoors; indoor smoking incurs an ozone-treatment fee.
Pets: Not allowed without prior written approval.
Check-In Window: Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Early or late depends on availability.
