** HOW THE AUTOMATED DEPOSIT WORKS **
 (o) HOLD: A hold will be applied to your provided credit card, similar to a high-end hotel.

(o) PRIVACYWe do not hold your credit card information, nor is it visible to us, due to the strict requirements of the Airbnb platform.

(o) COLLECTIONThe deposit is collected automatically 2 days before check-in. The system will require your credit card information. Again, We do not hold your credit card information, nor is it visible to us.

(o) RELEASEIt is released automatically 2 days after check-out (at 6 PM) if no charge request is submitted.

(o) VISIBILITY: You will see the deposit amount and the collection/release dates during booking and in your guest portal.

(o) REMINDERSYou will receive an inbox reminder 1 day before collection and another when it is released.

(o) ACCESSCheck-in instructions are shared ONLY once the deposit is successfully secured. No deposit means you waive your reservation entirely.

** IN CASE OF ISSUES ** If there are damages or house rules broken, the host may submit a charge request for you to review and comment.
A third party will allocate the deposit payment. Any unused portion of the deposit is returned promptly 2 days after check-out.

** ID COLLECTION ** We collect and verify your Passport or Thai ID against a photo selfie via our safe 3rd-party provider.

We do not keep your data as we do not have access to it.
