Very well connectedBTS Skytrain (Sukhumvit Line) and MRT (Blue Line) provide the fastest cross-city travel. Nearest public options: Nana BTS station (short walk), Asok BTS / Sukhumvit MRT (walking distance a bit further). How the automated deposit works:

  • Collection: The deposit is collected automatically 2 days before check‑in.
  • Release: It’s released automatically 2 days after check‑out if no charge request is submitted.
  • Visibility: You’ll see the deposit amount and the collection/release dates during booking and in your guest portal.
  • Reminders: You’ll receive an email reminder 1 day before the deposit is collected.
  • Access: Check‑in instructions are shared ONLY once the deposit is successfully secured. No deposit you waive your reservation entirely.

In case of issuesIf there are damages, or simple house rules broken the host may submit a charge request. This will be sent for you to review and comment. Third party will allocate the deposit payment. Any unused portion of the deposit is returned promptly 2 days after check out.
