⁃ Here is not hotel or service apartment we will not perform daily cleaning if you request the cleaning the service fee is 1,500 THB/session, however we provide cleaning equipment such as vacuum machine, broom in the room.

⁃ Kindly note the room is non smoking room. Smoking/take marijuana/cannabis in side the room or balcony is not allowed. If you do smoke please use the smoking area at the ground floor. Violation to smoke/take marijuana/cannabis inside the room or balcony , fine of 5,000 THB will be applied and subjected to termination of your reservation without any refund.
