🏡 The Residence The Sabai Residence 38 is a fully renovated 3-level townhouse with just four private ensuite rooms, creating a calm, low-density living environment. Guests share spacious and well-maintained common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, three living rooms, and a large dining area. A lift and luggage lift make arrivals and longer stays easy, and common areas are regularly cleaned for comfort and convenience. This residence is designed for quiet, respectful stays.

A peaceful residential street just steps from the energy of Thong Lo—famous for its street food, cafés, and international restaurants. Local shops and daily conveniences are all within walking distance.

Guests have exclusive, private access to their own bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony. Shared areas of the residence include a fully equipped kitchen, three living rooms, and a large dining area, which are shared respectfully with a small number of other guests (just four private rooms in total). A lift and luggage lift are available for easy access, and common areas are regularly cleaned. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and housekeeping for private rooms can be requested during your stay.

For a hassle-free arrival or departure, we offer airport pick-up and drop-off for an additional fee—just let us know in advance. Getting around Bangkok is easy with ride-hailing apps like Grab or Bolt. Motorbike taxis are also widely available and are often the fastest way to move around during traffic hours. The BTS Thong Lo station is within walking distance, offering quick connections across the city. Buses running along Rama 4 Road provide direct access to the Old Town and major areas, as well as large Malls such as One Bangkok and Dusit Thani.
