• Lively and bustling while situated 3 mins from BTS, everything you need day to day is within a five-minute walk:

• 7-Eleven, 1 minute, for water, snacks, SIM top-ups, and late-night runs
• Big C, 2 minutes, for full grocery shops, toiletries, and anything you forgot to pack
• Street food stalls and fruit carts along the soi from early morning until late
• Massage shops, laundries, and pharmacies dotted along Sukhumvit 77
• Habito Mall, a short walk or two-minute ride, with cafes, a supermarket, and quiet spots to work

• For a night out, W District on Sukhumvit 69 has an open-air food market with dozens of stalls and cheap beer under string lights, ten minutes on foot or two on a bike. Thonglor and Ekkamai's bars, brunch spots, and rooftops are a five-minute train ride away, so you get to enjoy them without paying Thonglor prices to sleep.

• On Nut is where Bangkok locals live. Same BTS convenience as the trendy sois, a fraction of the cost, and a neighborhood that actually works on foot.

• On Nut BTS is a 3-minute motorbike taxi ride from the building. Riders wait at the mouth of the soi all day, fare is around 20 THB, and it is the fastest way to and from the station.

• From On Nut, the BTS takes you straight up Sukhumvit: one stop to Phra Khanong, two to Ekkamai, three to Thonglor, and ten minutes to EmQuartier at Phrom Phong. Buy a Rabbit card at the station if you are staying a week or more, it saves queuing for tickets every trip.

• Grab and Bolt both work well in this area and are usually cheaper than flagging a street taxi. Download one before you land and set the building as a saved address.

• For Suvarnabhumi, take the BTS to Phaya Thai and change to the Airport Rail Link, or book a Grab straight to the terminal. For Don Mueang, Grab is the simplest option.

• Day to day you will barely need transport. 7-Eleven is 1 minute on foot, Big C is 2 minutes, and food, massage, laundry, and pharmacies are all along the soi.
